I was hired last year to run the Social Media Marketing division of a soccer-specific high school in New England called The Pro Project. I had a predominant focus on Instagram reels. I edited and curated all of the content myself, as well as shot most of it at the beginning of my tenure. The account is currently at 19.5k followers and growing every day. It has a high average engagement rate of about 8%. You can view the Instagram account here. We have also had our posts shared by larger accounts such as 433 and OvertimeFC. The exposure the account has gotten since I started has played a direct role in increasing the student body by 25%.
